U.S. Supreme Court grants, vacates, and remands Aguilar v. Virginia to the Virginia Supreme Court on petitioner’s pro se petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for further consideration in light of Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts. Megan Thomas is representing Mr. Aguilar on remand in the Virginia Supreme Court. Ms. Thomas and Mr. King tried Commonwealth v.
